Welcome to my website, where you can find out more about myself and the services I can offer as your Personal Trainer. My areas of expertise include: Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation Training.

I work with people at all fitness levels, from those that simply want to be more active to elite athletes and sports professionals. 

I have studied for the past five years and want to give clients an insight to my knowledge. I believe that understanding what you are doing will only encourage and motivate you further- enabling you to get the most from your sessions with me at the highest standard of training.

Each training programme is tailored to the clients specific needs and no two sessions are the same- it never gets boring!

I understand that training is just one piece of a bigger picture in your journey to feel great about yourself. I have extensive knowledge to give you nutritional advice, whether you're aiming to reduce body fat or increase muscle mass. Lifestyle changes are also highly important if you are serious about meeting your targets within a time period. 

I practice what I preach as a Personal Trainer and have a real passion and belief in my job. I'm highly motivated and make sure that my clients get the best from every session.

I am based in the City of London and in addition can offer sessions at your home, office or in parks across central London. I currently have clients training in: Covent Garden, Holborn, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Shad Thames and St Katherine's Dock.

When training with me in Fenchurch Street the session will be carried out in a fully equipped modern gym with all the latest equipment. This includes a vast range of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights area. 

When training at home, office or in a park I will provide a range of equipment. This can include resistance bands, light dumb bells, boxing equipment, medicine balls and anything else I feel will help you achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
